Awarded to an independent domestic appliance retailer, with an annual turnover under £2 million.

Sales Excellence Award

Awarded to an electrical retail salesperson that demonstrates attentiveness to customer needs, product knowledge and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as part of their ongoing work ethic.

  • Description of achievements to include details and evidence of customer feedback, any sales records and accolades, training undertaken to ensure top knowledge of products, any other details of how the nominated staff member goes above and beyond to the benefit of both the customer and the business.

Salespeople who have been shortlisted from ERT’s Take a Town* feature will also be automatically added to the nominations.
