Increasing our admin team by at least 100% since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve ensured our customers have a dedicated contact for all pre-sales and after-sales support. Our staff are currently working safely in the office to ensure the phone lines are covered for their calls; we have a dedicated sales email inbox where queries are typically responded to within a few hours. We are continuously developing our systems and training to fulfil our customer needs including access to the revamped RKW trade website which allows the customer to access their details along with an abundance of product information.
