Editor of ERT magazine, Jack Cheeseman, said: “Huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners! We had a record number of entries this year, which just goes to show the quality of electrical retailers we have in the industry today.

“With challenging market conditions and consumer confidence, it’s never been more important for retailers to stand out on the high street.

“Winning one of the prestigious ERT awards is a huge achievement and, in this highly competitive arena, a real chance to separate your company from your competitors and shout about everything that you do in order to attract new business opportunities. Past retailer winners have gone to great lengths to promote their wins and they’ve reported that customers see this as a huge endorsement that they are shopping with a modern, well-respected, reliable company.”

This year’s ERT Awards sponsors were AWE Europe, Blomberg, Calculus Software Solutions, Electrical Safety First, Hisense, Humax, retra, Sirius Buying Group, Yamaha and Yusen Logistics. The supporters of the day were AMDEA, Gekko and techUK.

There will be a full write-up of the Awards and the Turning Point Live! conference in the next print issue of ERT magazine. Keep an eye out!
